    Advanced-level kickboxing in 30 sweaty minutes. After a dynamic total-body 7-minute warm up, we’ll go through four 3-minute rounds with 1-minute active rest in between each round. We'll finish the workout with 7-minutes of core and cool down. Optional equipment: core mat and medicine ball
